Dionne Gray. Mrs. Gray is a seasoned real estate property manager with over 13 years of experience in the field and extensive background in leasing, tenant relations and property maintenance management. Mrs. Gray's prior experiences included working with Hirschfeld Management, overseeing large multifamily complexes with various housing affordability levels, as well as working with government housing programs.

Ibrahim Sheikh. Mr. Sheikh is an accomplished construction executive and real estate developer with a sizable portfolio of diverse and successful projects: from rehabilitation of standard run of the mill row houses, to converting a distressed national landmark building into a 63-unit luxury apartment complex, while preserving the building's historic significance. As a proprietor of Permira Construction and Management Restoration Services, both residential and commercial construction companies, Mr. Sheikh has completed over $40,000,000 in construction of projects of varying complexity. Mr. Sheikh holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Ben Edwards. Mr. Edwards is an advisor at Permira Realty. Mr. Edwards is a Baltimore native, and a graduate of a Towson University where he obtained his degree in Business and Psychology. While enrolled, his passion for real estate was ignited, and he started his Property Management Company - specializing in Student Housing. His comprehensive knowledge of the Baltimore culture, neighborhoods & market make it possible for Benjamin to tailor innovative and effective solutions for his clients – no matter what their vision or goal. Eugene Poverni. Mr. Poverni is a seasoned real estate developer whose expertise encompasses structuring and management of the development life cycle, from project feasibility studies, to site control, financing, syndication, asset stabilization and disposition. In addition, Mr. Poverni is a licensed attorney with a private equity and derivatives background at a leading international law firm. Mr. Poverni is civically involved in greater Baltimore, including serving on the boards of the Charles Street Development Corporation and Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc. (“CHAI”). Mr. Poverni holds a J.D. from the George Washington University, and an M.B.A., MS Finance and B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.

Eddie Dunn. Mr. Dunn began a career in carpentry in 1985. He has worked in all phases of commercial construction. He worked as a foreman and superintendent on many projects including the building of new Bank of Bowie branches, conversion of the Federal Landbank of Baltimore building, and ground-up construction of multiple Wal-Mart locations in MD & VA. Ed oversaw all of the carpenters on the job and coordinated with trades to its successful completion.

Paul Khazansky. ​Mr. Khazansky is responsible for acquisition, disposition, and financing of assets and related due diligence. Mr. Khazansky also handles project management oversight, including development. Prior to joining Poverni, Mr. Khazansky was in the investment analysis space for over 10 years, most recently with Marathon Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Mr. Khazansky is a registered investment advisor representative in the state of Maryland, and holds a BBA degree from Loyola University in Maryland, and an M.B.A. degree from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.


Brett Bernard. Mr. Bernard established his first general contracting firm in 2003.  Over the next 9 years, his passion and expertise for custom historic Baltimore rowhouse renovations, built a loyal client base.  The quality and customer service delivered, soon resulted client’s request to apply his skills to managing their rental properties.  A new business was added to the core construction model.  Mr. Bernard maintains a management portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout Baltimore.  His efforts in the revitalization of east Baltimore neighborhoods has forged strong bonds with public and private community development groups.  In 2011 Mr. Bernard rose to the elevated challenge of Project Manager for the historically restored St. Stanislaus Church and Fallsway Spring Building developments as well as Merchant Point and Merchant Square projects for other local developers.

Michelle Flester. Part southern flair, part science; Mrs. Flester turned away from a secure actuarial career with the federal government in order to pursue her passion for real estate. Feliks Katsman. Mr. Katsman is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive managerial and technical experience. Mr. Katsman focuses on compliance and internal infrastructure backbone, in addition to managing the company's commercial properties portfolio. Mr. Katsman’s previous experiences include managerial roles within Dulles Taxi Systems and Transportation General Inc, as well as a sales and technical role with a residential property automation firm. Mr. Katsman holds a B.S. degree from Kiev Technical Institute.

Jacob Ansbacher. Mr. Ansbacher is a real estate asset manager with a background in real estate law, who specializes in asset preservation, performance optimization and reporting.  Mr. Ansbacher’s prior experiences include, work as a paralegal for Rosenberg & Clark, LLC, a real estate law firm specializing in cell tower lease negotiations, and work for the BP settlement fund as a claims analyst.  Mr. Ansbacher holds a B.S. in Finance at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana.


William Nicholson. Mr. Nicholson is a maintenance supervisor, focusing on the day to day overflow and substantial maintenance tickets that arise at any of the company’s properties. Mr. Nicholson also supervises the third-party service providers that work on Permira’s properties. Mr. Nicholson has over 30 years of experience dealing with all facets of upkeep of mechanical systems and facilities management.


Tim Klempa. Mr. Klempa is an advisor at Permira Realty. His extensive background includes single and multifamily residential acquisition, disposition, marketing, research, and property management. Prior to coming on board with Permira, Mr. Klempa was with Prudential PenFed Realty involved with single family sales and marketing. He also has extensive experience with Maryland Management Company whom owns and operates almost 10,000 apartment units. Mr. Klempa was involved with the management of properties ranging in size from 100 - 450 units contained in a single apartment complex. Mr. Klempa holds a B.S. in Advertising & Entrepreneurship from West Virginia University, and a Maryland & Massachusetts real estate license.


Greg Kostrikn. Mr. Kostrikin is an experienced real estate developer and strategic advisor to the real estate finance industry, specializing in enterprise and transaction risk management. Mr. Kostrikin is well versed in the real estate development life-cycle and specializes in project underwriting, project management and debt negotiations. His prior experiences included working within the exotic securities division of Morgan Stanley; serving as a management consultant with a consulting and analytics firm; and holding a managerial position with one of the industry leading mortgage servicers and originators in the nation. Mr. Kostrikin holds a B.S. in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
